You can create a web page HTML
mouseover text description, similar to an image alt tag, that will be viewed
when your mouse is placed over the text link. Not only will this provide
your visitors with further information in regard to your link, but it also
provides a good way to place additional keywords within your web page for
better Search Engine ranking.
